A fatal car crash in York haven, Pennsylvania claims the lives of Edna Mikos and Anthony Fickes on January 7, 2017. Edna’s husband, Wayne Mikos and three children in their vehicle also suffered personal injuries. It is believed that the wrongful death of Edna Mikos, 66, was allegedly caused by Anthony Fickes. Fickes has previously been convicted of two DUI convictions and authorities believe Fickes was impaired by alcohol when he lost control of his SUV before he slammed head-on into Mikos’s automobile. Investigators say they found bottles and cans of alcoholic beverages inside Ficke’s vehicle. “Sadly, there are no words that can comfort the Mikos family as they cope with such a tragic loss,” said Attorney Matthew Trapani. “Our thoughts are with all parties affected in this car accident as they try to piece together what happened.” The wrongful death lawyers at the Trapani Law Firm are available anytime to help answer any personal injury questions you may have.
