ALLENTOWN: Tractor Trailer Accident on I-78

On February 7, 2017, a tractor-trailer rolled over on Interstate 78 close to the merge with Route 22 near Allentown PA. According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation the tractor-trailer flipped between Route 100 and Route 309. The truck blocked the right lane of Interstate 78 for several hours. Cetronia Ambulance arrived at the scene of the truck accident around 7 a.m. It is not currently clear if anyone suffered a personal injury due to the crash. Lehigh County dispatch received that call regarding the trucking accident at 6:49 a.m. Pennsylvania State Police are still investigating the Lehigh Valley tractor-trailer accident.
