An Allentown personal injury motorcycle accident took place on Route 145 on May 7, 2018. A motorcyclist and passenger suffered serious personal injuries on Route 145 in Lehigh Township when their motorcycle collided with a car. The motorcycle turned off Route 248 around 7:00 p.m. and crashed with a car on Route 145. The motorcyclist and his female passenger suffered broken bones, and severe personal injury. They were transported by helicopter to St. Luke’s University Hospital – Fountain Hill, in critical condition. Fire police shut down Route 145 between Route 248 and Alder Drive while paramedics attended to the injured and township police conducted their motorcycle accident investigation. Route 145 was reopened around 11:00 p.m. that night.

The motorcyclist was taken by Cetronia Ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital at Cedar Crest Boulevard in Allentown PA. The crash took place when an SUV collided with the motorcycle on Schantz Road on Tuesday afternoon. The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike into a utility pole. The young man is in serious condition due to personal injuries suffered as a result of the motorcycle accident. Upper Macungie Township Police are investigating the crash.

Ms. Rohrbach was the passenger on a motorcycle driving on Route 222 near Mill Creek Road in Upper Macungie Township. The Lehigh County Coroner pronounced Yvonne’s death at 12:23 am. The coroner’s office is still looking for her relatives. Anyone who knows her family members should contact the Coroner’s office. Ms. Rohrbach is a Hamburg resident. According to authorities, the fatal motorcycle accident is still under investigation.

On April 11, 2017, Carlos Hernandez suffered a wrongful death in a motorcycle accident. An Allentown resident, Hernandez was riding his motorcycle at the intersection of State Street and Lyons Road in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania State Police said Hernandez was hit by a motor vehicle attempting a left hand turn. Sadly, Hernandez was thrown off his motorcycle and suffered an abrupt wrongful death, as he was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The intersection was closed for about four hours after the motorcycle accident. The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
