Several people suffered a Bethlehem personal injury as a result of a car accident on Route 22 on June 21, 2018. The Bethlehem car accident took place around 7:45 a.m. just east of the Route 512 exit on Route 22 West. An Easton personal injury tractor-trailer truck accident took place on Route 33 on June 15, 2018. The Easton semi truck accident was reported around 6:15 p.m. when the big rig truck entered the on-ramp between Route 33 and Interstate 78 east. Six people suffered Bethlehem personal injury as a result of a car accident near Liberty High School on June 13, 2018. The Bethlehem car accident took place at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Greenwich Street. Two people were ejected from their vehicles around 10:00 p.m. Three people were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg and two more were sent to St. Luke’s University Hospital – Fountain Hill with serious personal injuries. Liberty Gas Explosion Causes Personal Injury Near Philadelphia

A Pennsylvania gas explosion in Bensalem Township, north of Philadelphia PA, caused severe personal injury to two workers. One male worker is in critical condition at a local hospital with serious burn injuries. Another is still trapped underground due to the Liberty gas explosion. Allentown Personal Injury Car Accident on Emmaus Ave

Two drivers suffered Allentown personal injury as a result of a car accident at East Emmaus Avenue and South Bradford Street on June 12, 2018. One driver was transported to a local hospital with serious personal injuries to his spine, chest, left arm and abdomen. The other driver complained of chest pain and knee pain. Route 309 will see upgrades at the Tilghman Street interchange and the intersection with Orefield Road in Allentown. Additionally, the Route 309 and Center Valley Parkway interchange will be upgraded. The Route 33 bridge over Bushkill Creek in Easton PA will be replaced. Route 100 will be resurfaced from Tilghman Street to Industrial Boulevard in Allentown PA. Last, the Hill-to-Hill bridge in Bethlehem PA will be upgraded and resurfaced.

A Bethlehem car accident caused damage to a PPL electric utility pole on East Boulevard in Bethlehem on March 21, 2018. A Lehigh Valley personal injury car accident occurred on highway I-78 on February 17, 2018. Multiple cars crashed into one another on Interstate 78 West near the Lehigh County boarder around 5:00 p.m. Due to winter conditions, the highway speed limits were reduced to 45 mph. Easton Car Accident Kills Bethlehem Woman

On June 2, 2017 an Easton car accident lead to the wrongful death of Audrey Rafferty. The fatal car accident took place on Lehigh Drive, according to the Easton police. Audrey Rafferty, a Bethlehem woman in her mid-60s died shortly after the car crash, at the Easton hospital. Thereafter, two Easton Emergency Squad ambulances arrived to the scene of the car accident in very short time. Additionally, a medical helicopter landed close by at Riverview Park in Palmer Township, but the injured victim was not loaded onboard. A car accident reconstruction was immediately underway, as Lehigh Drive remained closed for several hours after the auto accident took place. The investigation is still ongoing. Read more

Bethlehem Car Accident Last Night on Route 22

A multi-vehicle Bethlehem car accident was reported last night around 11 p.m. The car accident closed the eastbound lane of the Route 22 highway – backing up traffic. According to a Northampton County dispatcher, the auto crash involved three motor vehicles and resulted in the highway being closed between Route 512 and Route 191. On May 23, 2017, an Easton car accident slowed traffic on Route 22 in Palmer Township. As a result of the three-vehicle crash, a woman suffered personal injuries and was transported to Easton Hospital due to neck and back pain. Additionally, a Bethlehem car accident took place near Hanover Township, shutting down both lanes on Route 22 West. A vehicle flipped onto its roof as a result of the crash and one person suffered personal injuries, according to emergency dispatch. Read more

Allentown Tractor-Trailer Accident Closes I-78

On May 19, 2017, a 5-vehicle Allentown tractor-trailer accident closed I-78. The truck accident caused a severe fire. Police said five motor vehicles were involved in the I-78 accident. The crash happened near the Lenhartsville exit in Greenwich Township. Both I-78 lanes were closed over night. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a tractor-trailer truck failed to stop in time – hitting a Mercedes sedan along with the truck in front of him.
