Philadelphia Wrongful Death due to SEPTA Train Accident
Sadly, a man was killed after a Philadelphia wrongful death SEPTA Train accident in Center City, Philadelphia on November 24, 2017. The man’s body was found as the SEPTA train pulled into Jefferson Station, beneath East Market Street between 10th and 12th streets, Philadelphia PA. SEPTA police officers found a charred body on top of a SEPTA rail car neat the train’s power lines. The victim had been electrocuted to death. These personal injuries would have caused massive pain and suffering. Philadelphia police have taken over the SEPTA wrongful death investigation. The Chestnut Hill East line was shut down for an hour, while the investigation occurred.
