The Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship is operated by Celebrity Cruises headquartered in Miami FL. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. The Celebrity Eclipse departed from Argentina for a two week voyage. The ship was denied port in Chile and thereafter granted clearance to disembark in San Diego Harbor CA.
