Damian Toalombo suffered his wrongful death while driving north on Route 309 when his vehicle collided with a car on Saturday, January 21, 2017. Tragically, the driver of the car who struck Toalombo was traveling the wrong way, according to Hilltown Township police. The driver of that car is charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol. Damian Toalombo was transported to Grand View Hospital, just outside Quakertown Pennsylvania, where he was pronounced dead at the age of 24.

“Sadly, there are no words that can comfort the family and friends as they cope with this tragic loss,” said Attorney Matthew Trapani. The wrongful death lawyers at the Trapani Law Firm would like to send their deepest condolences to the Toalombo family. We truly hope that our friends in Allentown and the greater Lehigh Valley will make safer decisions before entering their vehicles.
