An Easton car accident on William Penn Highway left one woman with personal injuries on November 22, 2017. The victim was an Easton woman who was struck by a car as she crossed the 2600 block of William Penn Highway after the Easton Area High School bonfire. The victim suffered a head injury and broken bones. She was transported to St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, according to Palmer Township Police.
