Tractor-trailers are responsible for many severe injuries in accidents because of their weight, overloading and size. Commercial vehicles drivers exceeding the speed limits put other road participants in danger of losing health and lives. Many motor vehicle wrongful death victims were killed in rear-end, head-on, T-bone or jackknife collisions involving semi-trucks and tractor-trailers in New Jersey. There could be more than one defendant in tractor-trailers accidents for personal injury or wrongful death cases. Both a truck driver and a company own the vehicle may be held liable for the injury or fatality. Injured victims and deceased people’s estate survivors may be entitled to seek justice in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
