Police said that 25 passengers were taken to local New Jersey hospitals for personal injury. Four people seeked emergency medical attention right after the accident. There were 33 passengers in the bus. The remaining people, who did not need any medical care, continued their trip on another bus. There were no fatalities reported. The New Jersey tractor-trailer-bus accident is under the investigation of local police forces. The New Jersey turnpike is passable.

Tractor-trailers are responsible for many severe injuries in accidents because of their weight, overloading and size. Commercial vehicles drivers exceeding the speed limits put other road participants in danger of losing health and lives. Many motor vehicle wrongful death victims were killed in rear-end, head-on, T-bone or jackknife collisions involving semi-trucks and tractor-trailers in New Jersey. There could be more than one defendant in tractor-trailers accidents for personal injury or wrongful death cases. Both a truck driver and a company own the vehicle may be held liable for the injury or fatality. Injured victims and deceased people’s estate survivors may be entitled to seek justice in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
