A quadruple-fatal car accident took place on Interstate-80 on November 18, 2016. In the early evening, a box truck driven by Luigi Depari, 61, of Allentown, Pa, crossed into incoming traffic and struck a car head-on. The driver and several passengers were killed as a result of this tragic accident. Sammy Rutowski, 12, Andrea Rutowski, 14 and Thomas Rutowski, 53, have all died. These tragic wrongful deaths could have been avoided.
