He allegedly forced the boy to perform sex acts and exposing him to pornography. In 2013, a counselor was arrested on sexual assault charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, institutional sexual assault, statutory sexual assault and indecent assault. A parent filed a lawsuit in 2001 in Lehigh County Court, Allentown, PA. The lawsuit alleges the victim was raped at the KidsPeace facility in North Whitehall Township, PA. The rape was by another child admitted to the KidsPeace program located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
