Tractor-Trailer Bill

Everyone who drives a car in Pennsylvania knows how difficult driving can be when you are sharing the roadways with tractor-trailers. Did you know that there have been over 1,200 car accidents caused by tractor-trailers in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, Pennsylvania) since 2011? Many of which have lead to wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits.

A bill to support larger tractor-trailers is currently pending before the Senate. If this bill were to pass, it would surely make highway driving more dangerous than it needs to be and likely result in additional car accident injuries. Please reach out to your local state Senator and let them know that our safety is more important than any financial gain that may be attained with larger tractor-trailers on the road.

Please drive safely throughout this summer travel season.
