Sadly, Catherine Brown was killed in an auto accident on January 27, 2017 at the intersection of 57th and Girard in West Philadelphia. Police are looking for the hit-and-run driver of a white minivan who struck and killed Ms. Brown, age 48. According to witnesses, there was a light in the driver’s car that looked like it was a cell phone light.
