PHILADELPHIA: Man Killed by Sign Blown off Car Lot Wall due to High Winds

On January 23, 2017 a sixty-year-old man suffered a wrongful death in North Philadelphia when a car lot sign blew off the wall and struck him. Sadly, the man was killed just before 1 p.m. Monday in a parking lot in the Hunting Park neighborhood. The National Weather Service posted a high wind warning earlier in the day. It is up to every business to ensure the safety of the public on their premises in order to prevent wrongful deaths such as this.

Sadly, there are no words that can comfort family and friends as they cope with a tragic loss such as this.
