Philadelphia Police Captain said accident investigators spent the day reconstructing the wrongful death bicycle accident in on Spruce Street. The victim was riding in the bicycle lane. A privately owned sanitation commercial truck struck her. The Center City Philadelphia bicycle accident took place around 7:30 a.m. as the commercial truck was making a turn at 11th and Spruce Streets.
