Route 31 Car Accident Kills Easton Man

On March 28, 2017, Easton man, Steven Sharkey, suffered a wrongful death in a head on auto crash on Route 31 in Hunterdon County. The car accident closed both lanes of traffic on Tuesday around 11:30 a.m. State police confirmed that the car accident involved a Dodge Caravan and a Chevy Malibu. The drivers of both vehicles suffered serious personal injuries and were transported to area hospitals. Sadly, State police confirmed that Mr. Sharkey died from injuries suffered in the car accident.
