26 passengers were sent to the hospital on August 20, 2017 when a tractor-trailer auto accident took place on Interstate 78 in Easton PA. The tractor-trailer semi truck caused a bus accident around 3:30 a.m. in Northampton County, PA. According to Pennsylvania State Police, both motor vehicles were traveling eastbound. A spokesperson for St. Luke’s University Hospital said three passengers remain in the Bethlehem hospital with serious personal injuries but thankfully; none of them are in critical condition.
